Default Allegiant Interview

I have an interview coming up with Allegiant. Can anyone provide information about the interview process? About the company? How is it to work for them? Commuting potential?

Why send in a resume if you don't know about the company or what it's like to work there?

When is your interview?

The interview is (or at least was) very laid back. Mostly just getting to know you. It's the standard tell me about a time when....

As for the company, we are making money and getting more planes. What else is there to know?

Commuting is not so great. Most of the schedules are not very commuter friendly, although they are always working on that.

I assume he is following the advice that so many have given me.......shotgun out a resume to every place that he can think of and see who bites first.

You're probably right... If this is the case, it'll clearly show during the interview.

Well he could always study and prep for the interview. A little preparation goes a long why. Oh and if you don't have anything meaningful to say please don't bother posting useless comments.
