Yes sir another example of a major airline pilot who worked for nothing to begin their career, but now you are pointing fingers at Republic pilots.
I do work for Northwest. And exactly what flying do I do that has REPLACED Midwest flying? NONE! Certainly not the flying that Republic will be doing. How have I directly put Midwest pilots out of jobs? I gain NOTHING from Midwest shutting down. You are extremely misinformed.

You have no proof that Northwest bought a stake of Midwest with the intention of shutting them down. You also have NO idea how much work I did to get to where I'm at. Your pretty gutless coming on here and bashing me, not even stating who YOU work for.

Same for most of us at RAH. What do we gain? In my eyes we're losing more mainline job positions. Enjoy reserve there Mr. high and mighty. Been gone from the regionas long?

It looks like they used the same paint shop that did the Skywest planes. "Midwest" was a lot bigger than "Connect." I guess that is so they don't have to use so much paint to cover-up the "Connect."

Maybe TH's original plan was the CRJ! Replace 717 with CRJs -- that sounds like something Timmy would do. What an idiot.

Seems like some's worst fears could be true.
Delta wants to replace their shuttle airplanes on the east coast. They are using MD-80 or 90, and want something smaller than that, but not regional obviously.
Well, Timmy (Midwest CEO) first offered 50% + paycuts, because he knew the pilot group would not accept it. Now he is parking 16 717s?
Oh wait, Delta needs 16 or so 717s? Coincidence?
He got some more millions for this I am sure, so who cares about hundreds of families that will be severely affected. He is all that matters !

yeah welcome to the airline industry where the companies are losing money cause the ceo is to busy pocketing his wallet.
its kinda funny that thats an old mid atlantic bird wearing the midwest colors first. that airplane has been taking mainline jobs from usair, frontier, and now midwest.

I just like that the tail number is 813MA. A direct replacement to 813ME that was just parked.
