Republic is Represented by Teamsters.

Im sure ALPA is gonna print out stickers for all of us to put on our bags in order to Support Mid-Ex and Trash RAH Mgmt.

I was BS-ing with a RAH Capt. in CLE today....I feel bad for you guys...especially since you guys all know that its wrong and there is very little you can do about it.

But the worst part is that you arent bringing back any furloughs....What the hell is happening to this Industry

Alpa is mainly responsible for the situation in this industry. Go ahead and put the sticker on your bag if it makes you feel good. The Republic pilots are caught in the middle, do not blame them.

I see your point now, when there is a problem Alpa gives out stickers, but that is it. I agree.

But do not forget, the Midwest pilots will be given a "career seminar" by Alpa and have someone come in and tell them how to fill out an application sometime between 1pm on a Monday and 11am on a Friday. Then the Alpa reps will go home and fill out their flight pay loss sheet.

ALPA is remarkably silent on this one. I guess they think that we didn't notice/hear/get the memo...

TWA pilots found that out in 2001.

Even when they do attempt to communicate...I would contend they're still "remarkably silent."

At least Prater and his physically bloated, fat cat cronies at ALPA national are taken care of.

Goodness knows ALPA rank-and-file sure aren't.

Why is it such a shocker? They have 400 pilots. Not much in dues, so the view is why waste the money to really fight. No return on the investment. I don't think it's right either, it's just another example on how money talks.
