Default Allegiant Interview

Has any one gotten the call this week from Allegiant offering the job for the Oct. class?

Word from the CP's office is that all those that will be called, have been called.

To those that interviewed, keep in mind that these first calls are for the Oct 2nd class. During the interview, you were told you may be placed into a future class, so don't give up hope if you haven't been called yet.

I'm curious as to what a competitive candidate looks like today. I'll be a little short on total time when I get out of the military but over 1000 PIC Multi (King Air) and was wondering how long I should expect to slug it out somewhere else building more total time. (Not that todays trends will continue forever, but it is nice to get a baseline). How senior are Tampa and Orlando typically?

It's hard to say exactly what competitive minimums are. During the last group of interviews, I saw flight totals ranging from a low of 3500 to a high of 8000. Just about everyone that was interviewed had prior 121 experience and everyone had an internal recommendation.

Generally, the Florida bases are somewhat junior.

What's the best way to get an interview there. I really don't know anyone at Allegiant but I live in South FL. This would be an awesome job compared to the commute I have now!

Like Chprplt said, everyone hired had an internal rec, so don't expect much.
