Default ALPA Files Suit Against Spirit Airlines

I wish Spirit pilots the best. It would be nice if this could set a precedent for management to stop violating contracts.

If a contract is not followed by either party then it is not worth the paper it is printed on. My best to all the Spirit guys

You'd think so from the date but this one is still dragging through the courts. I believe our next hearing is at the end of the month.

FEDERAL LAWSUIT DETROIT MICHIGAN

The hearing regarding our Federal Court Lawsuit has been rescheduled into June 2009. As soon as we get additional information from the lawyers as to Date, Place and Time we will forward details to you. Standby for details
