Well, I know, usapa tells you easties that everybody has joined and is on dues checkoff, but during the hearings it came out that over 500 east pilots have not paid they're dues or are not on dues check off. BTW why won't usapa let their membership know they lost?, show the east pilots the lawsuit? the same way that they kept the seniority transcripts from they're people? You seem to be an insider, so why the info blackout back east? you guys sure like to be kept in the dark.

Folks, this type pilot is our biggest enemy, from with-in. He will never stand for anything as a group and will put his efforts into creating turmoil.
You will never gain ground with this individual, he will always complain and never put forth any effort for anyone other than himself.

Lost what?
The law suit was expected by the West pilots anyone can file one.
What info black out?
It is simple, separate operations until a combined contract. This will go on for years, far past the companies ability to survive.
One thing for sure, you do not pay dues you are fired, you conveniently left that out of your previous post on this thread referencing an article that was not complete.

why hasn't usapa made the lawsuits available to their membership?

the same info blackout you had during the seniority arbitration, the west pilots were given transcripts of the proceedings, while the east pilot's were told "we won again today".

Maybe, maybe not, the judge could issue an injunction shortly
I would be very reluctant to pay dues if I were a West guy. I am NOT taking a side here, I am just saying that asking a West guy to pay dues to USAPA is like asking a man to pay for the rope the hangman is going to slip around his neck. I have asked several questions regarding USAPA and what it will do for the West guys and have gotten no concrete answers. So, by my account:
1) USAPA exists to overturn Nic. Bad for the West.
2) USAPA took ALPA, and its services (medical, legal, etc) away from the West.
3) USAPA has shown (to my knowledge) little or no inclination to reach out to West in a way that is constructive and shows that they are an equal to East (poor marketing in my opinion if you truly want a unified group).
These are just the observations of an outsider with no emotional attachment to either group. Other than lawsuits, what has USAPA done to try and mollify the West? If the answer is "we don't need to mollify them, they HAVE to join, and they HAVE to pay dues, and we get our way anyway" then that is the biggest part of the problem. I have always wondered this question: If USAPA strikes, will any West guys honor the picket line (since they think it is a "SCAB" union anyway) or will they continue to fly? If they did cross a USAPA line, would they be viewed as SCABS in the eyes of ALPA pilots or would they be heros?

I'd say a subgroup that agrees to a binding settlement until it doesn't go in their favor then chooses to not abid by it is everyone's biggest enemy. Paying dues to an organization that was hatched for the sole purpose of screwing you is ridiculous. Good luck to the guys that are actually trying to abid by the agreement both sides agreed to in the first place.
How about the grievance filed for improper furlough (out of order) or maybe the one about the West and block hours not being flown?
I guess you simply forgot about those, as it's not as much fun to bash the East when things like that come up
You forgot to say you made those up and are guessing. I guess you simply forgot to say those, as it's not as much fun to bash people when things like proof comes up.
Position: recalled until the next round of cutbacks

What is wrong with you?
Its grievance number 9 and 11 under article 10.
by the way grievance number 10 is the violation on the number of RJ's.
But that's ok it makes no difference, just go back to bashing East pilots
