Default USAIR Jumpseat

Does anyone have the number to call for a jumpseat on USAIR, or do you just show up at the gate? Thanks in advance...

or just show up at the gate and fill out a jumpseat form, very easy.

No jumpseat reservations taken via the 800 number except for mainline pilots. Just show up at the gate. The agent can tell you if one or more jumpseat reservations have been made.

I use it all the time and I dont work for US Air. They will list you as a non-rev then the gate agent can take it from there. Call the number, then option 3, option 1, option 1. It will make things much easier at the gate.

What you are doing is listing for the flight thereby creating a pax name record(pnr). What you are NOT doing is reserving the jumpseat for yourself so that no one else can bump you out(primary/alternate). Only U S Airways mainline pilots have that ability.

I think he's just trying to say if you list using the number things go much smoother at the gate. I have noticed noticed the gate agents are very apprieciative and the check in process much quicker when I list prior to showing up.
