True.. but they would need to get the ball rolling on a vacancy bid, mail letters, etc. Hopefully this, combined with increased frequency, will net some furloughees back.
The bittersweet of a recall would be that there's likely not much hope, outside of serious attrition, of anyone else coming back without fleet expansion. Even then, 1-2 planes could be absorbed without much difficulty, seeing as they are operating without spares.
I still haven't allowed myself to get excited
