I've given them identical input before. Nothing changes. I guess not enough pilots have a problem with being stuck someplace like downtown Springfield, MA on a Sunday with the only option for lunch being the Dunkin Donuts across the street behind the Marriott.

Last trip with a DTW angry cat rancher crew! At cruise after 3 1/2hrs, call back for a break and to see if any food left, was told no food and they were still in service, smelling a very fat rat I looked through the glory hole and saw 2 want ad professionals downing the short ribs with napkins smeared with BBQ sauce.....

Yeah we need to be worried about the very people driving away our customers!

Did I say that out loud?

I've witnessed one FA eat FOUR first class meals. It's like a buffet back there. Have seen some recent hires, maybe 5 years seniority pushing 300lbs.

Obviously they are or they wouldn't be offering them an incentive to retire while at the same time hiring thousands of new flight attendants. Problem is, the good ones that are nice and smart are the ones who leave. The crazy ones don't have a life and will never retire.

I just flew with a FA who was in the training department. He said that they had hired 1500 FA's last year. Of the 1500, 750 have already quit.

Make them get into the raft after they go through the overwing exit (if they can fit) with the FAA watching. Problem solved! Seeing how they are professionals with AFA demanded certificates they should see no problem with this demonstration of professional competence.

Don't know if that number is accurate, but the reality of the job is a far cry from what they're selling in ATL.

Sorry for the bad news.

Thanks guys!

Yes it shows the trip, but with 23K next to the days the trip operated.

The thing I'm thinking is, I have a trip on Thursday. If I under fly it enough they may put the trip back on (assuming it's still in open time). I'll report back on what happens. I'm hoping to slip into Lazy Ferd mode......my natural state
