I tried A Cut Above for shirts and hated them. The Coolmax neck deal made it fit like a turtle neck shirt. That and they needed to be ironed twice a day. That was 3-4 years ago, have they got new stuff now?

2021 - 785

There are currently 12,183 pilots on the seniority list with the most junior captain I could find is just shy of 10,000.
Upgrades will already be at 7-8 years here in a couple bids. The new widebodies start showing up about the time SCHEDULED retirements go to crazy levels. Guys getting hired right now will easily see 5 year upgrades in NYC.

Im sure the neck fit is a personal preference thing, but ive had no issues, Im sold on the comfort band. Maybe go up a neck size? Yes, the fabric does wrinkle rather easily, but if dry cleaned they stay sharp looking. They offer 3 different cuts, at least 2 fabrics, and a wing post option. Has a hidden pen sleeve built into the pocket. I bought one to try it and was sold, so i bought more. I don't recommend laundering these at home, unless you are very handy with an iron.

Yeah, I hated them and the neck size was fine. I also live 40 miles from a dry cleaner so I end up doing my own ironing. I loved the cut, just not the collar and fabric. Probably the best fitted shirt I've tried, just couldn't deal with the neck and fabric. Wish you could get their fitted shirt in a "normal" pilot shirt fabric and neck. Their customer service is great....think it is owned and run by a SkyWest guy.

Best fitting and most comfortable shirts I ever had were the blue ones at JetBlue. Problem is they are blue and you can't get them in a white version.

Pilot House makes a nice thick cotton shirt that is easy to iron with enough starch. They sometimes pill up depending on the batch of fabric though, so wash with care.

Supposedly training is going to 135/mo in 2015 according to a few schoolhouse instructors.

So we got Embraer E-Jets? They're showing them on the Delta Health Care enrollment site.
