How about the Highlander? Retractable slats plus flaps means many of our callouts can stay the same.

Spin whatever you're going to say into a positive.

It's a game my mother-in-law and I played at a family gathering a few years ago when we noticed too much negativity. Including from ourselves. So whatever negative thing we were going to say had to be spun to a positive.

It was funny.

Here's some video of a Highlander vs. Super Cub landing contest. Skip ahead to about 5:25, watch him riding on the tailwheel!

Hey folks.. Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'll try anyway. I may be in need of a divorce attorney. Any recommendations for a "pilot friendly" Attorney in the Peachtree City area??

Thx

When AirTran was added in, that dropped the SWA average.

There was a post on the DALPA message boards years ago. Don't know if it's still there. I remember there was a list of attorney's to make contact with so they can't represent your wife against you.

There is an attorney in PTC who is infamous for getting the most from pilots.I cannot remember his name but hopefully you beat your spouse to him first.

Good luck!

Looking for some suggestions for rest breaks on a LAX LHR flight, leaves midnight EDT. 10+45 block time.

The Rotex radial is a work of art. I would love to have a aircraft with one but worry about parts and corporate knowledge to keep them working. The Lycosaurus is a known quantity that can be worked on anywhere.

We (on the 777) usually take the block time, subtract an hour (15 minutes for climb, 45 for TOD), divide the remaining time by 3. (unless there's 4 of you?)

In your case, that's 9:45/3=3:15 each.

Pilot flying gets to choose which break he wants, but there's also some nonsense in the new FAR about how long the 'flying pilot' can be in the seat, prior to landing. So if you want to stick to that, the flying pilot may have to take the last break...which sucks.
