Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
So the November bid period starts Nov 1. How do they manage to award me a pairing that reports on Oct 31 at 23:35 in the November bid award? I couldn't ask for Oct 31 off in my Nov bid so how the heck can they award me a pairing that reports on the 31st?
Good one...hmmmmmm... TIME TRAVEL!!! That's all I can come up with. Sorry

One thing I found out from PBS inquiry guy Re: bidding is that PBS is never wrong. Even when it's wrong. And if you want them to look further, the same guy is the Judge, jury, and executioner.
DST begins then.

Just look on open time. Red eye trips are assigned "on the day" of the showing because true departure is past midnight and considered "next day".
Hope it helps
Because red eyes can report the day prior. It's still the Nov bid package. Doesn't cover your report into the previous month unfortunately. How do I know? Been there.

I've been burned on the backside before getting a trip that lands at 23:35 at night checking out at 12:05am. As a commuter, I bid trips that sign out before 21:30. Unfortunately, once you get a trip like this, the only way to get rid of it is to swap it for a 4 day as icrew looks at that extra 5 minutes as a whole day.

Put on your bid....Avoid trips that report after 11pm.
