Heyas,

I find this comment objectionable...many of us have to wear tin foil hats to keep Radio Free Venus from playing on our bridgework. So please, have some consideration!

Out of curiosity anyone know when they might be calling folks or announcing positions in the 4th floor special olympics?

Assuming that no news is bad news.

WRT current rumor mongering... I wouldn't be surprised (guessing here) to hear us acquire jets from someone looking to unload some 777's. Specifically a certain US carrier and I wouldn't be surprised to see some beleaguered Indian carriers unloading a few.

I also wouldn't be surprised to hear that SWA is reconsidering their NYC strategy.

I also wouldn't be surprised to find out on the 15th that Christmas is cancelled..we are furloughing 2000 and the Easter Bunny not only doesn't exist, but is a rabid junky prostitute named Trixie, or Barbel.

If you are referring to the position openings, most of those are going to be filled by NWA folks. Not many jobs for DAL south guys for the next few years.

If they did interview you, they sometimes are looking two to five years out, so do not make a fool of yourself if you did not get it. As with everything here, it is a test and a game. Play accordingly.

DAL likes the 777 and has been in the used market for the last three years. The reason you have not seen any show up is that darn 787 program. If the thing was flying we would probably have 10-15 of them by now.
