I think LW sucks. My back and shoulder are hurting (maybe its from the ER seats). The thing bends and breaks and cuts up my car's interior. The funny thing is the zippers/tracks are breaking too.
I bought the thing because, like a sheep, I noticed almost every pilot had one.
Im going back to my Travel Pro 22 suiter. It lasted over 15 years (two complimentary repairs) and it fit a little more than my LW. Plus it was light and I had never had a zipper issue.
The 22 TP cost $99 and will be cheaper to buy than fix the LW.
Again, this is my opinion based on owning both bags.

Go for the Briggs & Riley. 22" (expandable to 24). Handles are on the outside which gives you much more room for storage. It's an expensive bag. I paid $495, and was told they never discount. Now, the Flight Station carries it for $295 I think. I was told I would never buy another bag my entire career. It is warranted for life. I've had to have a few repairs, but they are fast...and it's free. There is an authorized B&R repair store in my hometown, but once I had to send it back to the factory. I sent it via FedEx, and had it back 2 days later. My wife has a Travel Pro. We've had way more issues with it. BTW, I've used B&R for six years now. Minor issues, great customer service (and quick), and still going strong!
Rarely expand to 24", but nice option for going on vacation.

Delta has been courting the Gay communtiy for many years, they sponosr most of the Parades too, because they (the Gays) spend lots of money on travel, I guess since they don't have as many kids to put through college, they have more money to...Blow...on vacations?
My wife once asked me, "If I die, will you remary?" I just about blew out a lung laughing!
Once I caught my breath, I said, "HELL NO! I'd rather be Gay than let another Woman run my life!"
Quick, one of you Navy studs, throw me that Vollyball, and cue the Top Gun music!
When we went to the CD ROM training, I started calling it, "Don't Tell, Don't Ask!" After my 777 oral, with the FAA 'observing', he asked me how I liked the new CD training.
I said, "WHAT TRAINING?! A week ago I sat down to watch a CD, now I'm taking an oral, and I still have no clue how this thing works!"

I second the travelpro idea. I went back to it after we dumped the flight kits. Mine is holding up fine, it's light, and you can afford to replace it twice as often if needed.
Is it possible to put what time you want your Short Call to begin in the computer? If so, where does it go?
Thanks,
Ferd
Yes but you are going to get SC then. You can't request AM or PM without signing yourself up. This should be fixed.
Go to PCS and under slip request at the bottom screen hit (enter date ranges to be 1st in sequence for SC). Then put in AM or PM for the date you want.

There is a new template now to request a time for only if needed. There was an email from alpa about it last week. It is part of LOA 29.
