Very strong scope recapture (at all levels), even if over a few years, plus fixing pretty much every other issue immediately, could be worth less money if it was for a short term then right back into early openers in a year or so. Somehow I doubt that's what the company will offer though. More like some 5/4/4 nonsense with nominal improvements to a few areas and next to nothing in the scope department at the RJ/AK/JV levels.

Even I agree that is pathetic. That is why the company better realize that they need to up pay, not just for us, but to get potential pilots in to the careers. They assume we will stay no matter what they pay us, and I have to say, that may be false.

DL is hiring, just at our Alaska and DCI affiliates on different seniority lists, as well as hiring future Delta pilots at Hawaiian that will benefit from a massive relative seniority situation when the merger happens.

If it is offered on the fist pass, it is eyewash.

You have noticed the HI situation too? A 2003 hire is now a 330A

So in 3 years I can make $10K more than now and that temporary contract will last 60% the life of a real one?
