United Pilots calling in sick....again

i love how the union has to remind us every freaking email about how we lost and respect the decision and please junior and senior man-- even while their own are on furlough. Unreal.
I thought groundhog day already passed.

The ruling did not say "Don't call in sick", or "Do accept JM/SM". It did say there could be no concerted effort, (to do or don't).

Just as the Union cannot say don't do it, the Judge cannot say do do it.

You need to do some studying about our lawsuit loss. They HAVE to say that, or can be found in contempt of court. If that happens, the judge (who has proven to be rather anti-UAL pilot) has the right to impose whatever restrictions they want to our contract. Contempt finding and perhaps a union breaking fine, yes.

Once again another example of why the court system in this country needs to be overhauled (along with the rest of the government)
