Default Open Skies Pilots

So are the BA Pilots flying Open Skies or did they get a separate pilot group?

BALPA pilots will not operate Open Skies flights.

Their scope clause protects all flying originating or terminating in the UK, I believe. Open Skies flights will not do that. BALPA is still trying to figure out a way to capture the flying, but has, for now, suspended efforts in court.
