I know I speak on behalf of all the RAH pilot's when I say that we look forward to working WITH frontier's pilot group and creating a fair integration. We also are working and will vote on betting wages. It is a great pilot group and frankly the bashing on this forum is unfair and not thought out. We all are happy to have preserved a great company in Denver and will work together to maintain the great product that Frontier delivers.

Robert is that you??????

I say congrats to RAH and F9, best of luck. If I see any F9 guys on an overnight hope we can share some beers, and hopefully the CAs will pick up the tab. Cheers.

No matter what happens at Republic the chances of a Frontier pilot enjoying a better quality of life and higher career earnings at Republic are vitually nil. Southwest is also known to be vindicative in situations like this. Look for SWA to attack every Republic route out of Denver. They can afford to bleed money in Denver for the next 20 years if need be.

Absolutely. Remember that your union can file for a review all of FAPA's message board traffic regarding seniority integration. You may want to pay particular attention to the posts from union officials and members about the fairness of relative seniority.

I hope Frontier comes out okay because integrations are never fun or easy. Done the RAH thing and although I don't have a crystal ball, Frontier will not be the same airline in 2-3 years from now. BB is a smart guy and I can see the Airbus leaving the fleet in exchange for E190s since he can build an operation around a know cost structure. Virgin America has already said they are interested in the Frontier Airbus.

When you say fair integration, are you talking about the one handed to the Shuttle America pilot's? It went to an arbitrator so it doesn't totally rest on the backs of the Chautauqua pilots, but I have a feeling this will get ugly before it gets better. The only benefit to the CHQ-SA was that it was a growth phase so the pilots could have that to hold on to.

Again, good luck and hopefully it goes smoothly.

Hope the beers are cheap or they won't be able to afford it.

Kind of like what you did for Midwest? Good luck F9'ers.

FAPA's priorities were in order

Job Protection
Seat Protection
Pay Protection
Domicile Protection

OK...so what exactly were they giving up here? Basically they wanted NOTHING to change and have access to SWA's system and better pay rates.

Exactly who is a little too high on their horse here?

They were offered job protection and domicile protection that probably would have saved some of their Captains. And they were offered a whole lot more money than most of them are making now.

Oh well, maybe at the next auction...

SWA Marketing is all over the DEN scorched earth game plan. F9 Union Prez has just done what UAL had hoped would not happen. SWA will unleash a fare sale that will never end until all the Volvo driving, granola eating, poem reading, Birkenstock wearing, free range chicken eating, liberal voting good folks of DEN are flying on Canyon Blue 737's.

UAL don't drop the soap in this shower cause your next.

What we did for Midwest? Please explain? By we, you mean the pilot group? Not one pilot voted for our company to buy and frankly save Midwest from going out of business. This was a business transaction by RAH to buy Midwest Airlines. How do people constantly bash pilot groups for decision's made by management? At least give us a chance to work through seniority integration and talk about the future of the company before getting carried away.
