[quote=all4114all;696614]Do the math on salaries over the last 14 years, sir, who was dead wood on the piloting profession. In fact lets do the math since the inception of your airline, America West, since 1983 vs Usairways pilots.

You chose to work 25 years for garbage wages, and no scope clause. You want to rewrite history on yourself.

It is my understanding that AWA PURCHASED us air 9 days from liquidation. Why do the us airway employees have such a entitlement
Complex ??? If it wasn't for AWA, sounds like us air would have been toast.
Days from Liquidation........ Hummm

Doug Parker CEO of AWA was quoted in 2005 saying; Without a merger us air would liquidate.

Not much to debate there. Seems like the us air pilots should be forever greatful that AWA save their jobs, company, houses, cars, toys, lifestyles etc.....

Please explain to me how anyone can predict 250 retirements next year.

There are no mandatory retirements for over three years!
I would love to see this prediction come true but fail to see how anybody could forsee this with available information.
