Besides, I don't think they'll let us play with it in ATL. Its 88 city down here, slum dog millionaires... without the millions. And I think the 88s will be here when I retire in 35 years or 40, or whatever the age limit is then.

I just wish that everytime they keep talking about "replacing the 9s" they'd just order more 319/320s or get them off someone who at an upstart airline upchuck and ... wait... prank call prank call wrong thread!

So heyas, why do you Delta pilots ask for wind checks all of the time? Scared!? ... whew... back on topic.

Ain't skurrrred!

Time to tighen up the scarf.

I really want to quote a Jack Nicholsan character but because of sexual content, albeit funny, would be inappropriate, although funny.

The funny thing is, I've learned in life that you just wait till you get near the flare and figure out whats going on and react but at the same time I ask for a wind check. I guess I'm wishy washy.

Oh jeeeez, you mean I'm gonna have to keep riding those relics for a long time!?
The 88 is a -9, a long, ugly -9!

100, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 "Tower? Wind Check?" "Variable at 2 kts."

The real question is: Why do Delta pilots put on the seat belt sign if they hit just one small bump of turbulence? Is that taught in training? Or are they all just a bunch of babies?
