TD's tire of making $30 something/hour. He wants his upgrade and he doesn't want the Midwest pilots in his way. Since the Midwest pilots are all furloughed with no airplanes left, in TD's world, they are welcome on the Republic list, just not above him. Instead of keeping this to himself, he has made it blatantly clear with his posts.
It wasn't a smack talk. It was a serious question. It was a no offense meant. Someone's called me a scab and accused me, and others, or several things I haven't done and I'm the one that needs to show solidarity and respect? I wasn't being rude even though it would be easy considering the constant negative tone and ridiculing remarks he has for everyone. Relax a little.
Yeah, to some extent you do. It's called being the better man. Your company is the thriving corporate entity, through no fault of your own. Pilots whom have dedicated decades to a company are on the streets, and looking at MAYBE being recalled to a position worth 1/2 or less, also through no fault of their own. (I admit you owe nothing to the mongrels with no real dog in this fight yapping at your heels because they think they should).
...I am very simply saying that until we know what a Midwest pilot can hold, and what a Frontier, Lynx, and RAH pilot can hold, we cannot just give Midwest pilots seats arbitrarily...
Apparently RAH has decided that Midwest pilots have enough seniority to hold an arbitrary furlough.
Maybe their fellow pilots should be pushing for the YX guys to get min guarantee until this matter is resolved? That may bring some people to the table.

You haven't seen me call names or act in any manner than he has. The only things you've seen me do is call BS on things like "RAH pilots are happy we're on the street" and "RAH pilots are SCABS".
I'm sorry but there have been some very large accusations made. From underhanded dealings with management to crossing picket lines everything has been thrown in our/my face. I'm not here to speak on others behalf but calling someone a scab then expecting them to greet you with a smile isn't going to happen. Why the double standard? I'm not advocating tar and feathering people but you can't ask me to forgive someone for the things they've said. He's made MANY wild accusations that haven't had founding and all I've ever done is basically say "prove it". He's never apologized and doesn't feel like he's in the wrong. Every post of his is laced with sarcasm and ridicule. I have nothing against the Midwest pilots at all and fully appreciate the severity of the situation they're in. That doesn't mean that I have to befriend someone that uses every breath to belittle and call scabs. There's nothing wrong or disrespectful about it. The only thing I've been saying about integration is that there are other parties involved besides RAH, there is no Midwest pilot lock out, and that integration must follow an established process with all parties at the same time. I don't see how that can be seen as my opinion on integration.
You'd probably be very surprised to hear what I'd find acceptable and it wouldn't put me anywhere near the left seat. Just because I don't agree with being called a scab etc. doesn't mean I don't want those pilots here flying. They have families and lives. I understand that completely and as I've said before I'm glad I don't have to deal with the sticky situation. I've been doing my best to stay away from the subject.

Stop you're flaming. You're correct I don't like making $30 something/hour and would like to upgrade but not at the expense of others. You have no idea what you're talking about. Feel free to show me where i've said otherwise. Bring em all I say. I've said it several times that the experience brought would be advantageous to us all especially with contract talks. Feel free to keep making your garbage up though Mr. T. It's amazing how quickly you went from liking the place to dissing everyone that works here the second you left.

I never liked that place. I only worked there for about 3 1/2 years. I had my application in to every single respectable company that was hiring for all 3 1/2 years. There are a lot of good guys over there. If you don't think every single Midwest pilot should be senior to you, then you want it at the expense of others. They had 0 pilots furloughed until your 170's started replacing their flying. Now your company has replaced every single aircraft that they had and they have 0 pilots working. A year one probationary first officer at Midwest paid more than your position. I am embarrassed to have worked for a man like Bedford. Bedford could do more damage to our industry than Lorenzo. I had no idea that Chautauqua was going to turn into the career-killing machine that it turned into when I started. You should just stop posting. Your co-workers are already upset with you.

Who is he? If you are speaking of me show me where I called you a scab. I've called your pilot group spineless and my personal experience with your group is that is indeed true. I've called your union corrupt, clueless and disingenuous which I think anyone outside your EXCO and the cool aid drinkers would agree. I've questioned your pilot groups support of the profession because there is no evidence whatsoever to show that you group looks out for the profession outside of your selfish needs and wants.
