No prob. Like I said, that's at the end of the CBA, which we all know didn't happen. The 2000 744 max was $318.88

As far as UAL contract 2000 goes, I have the rates for each fleet and seat and longevity rate for the year 2000, then ONLY the max/12 year rate for each fleet seat at the expiration of the CBA. So you could probably interpolate to whatever is in between.
In full PDF format I have DAL's 2000 rates, NWA's old rates, the OLD (pre concession) Alaska rates, UAL's 2003 concessionary rates, and various others.

I heard there were days, a long time ago, where pilots could be the sole income earner for the family. You know, where their wives/husbands didn't have to work, they didn't have to have second jobs, and they could spend maximum time with their family on their days off.
This pilot profession and career is a shadow of what it used to be.
I must feel like Jason Bourne did at the end of Bourne Ultimatium.
"Look at us. Look at what they make you give...."

Anyone think this will affect the poolies anytime soon?
Unfortunately the answer is NO. SWA is still overmanned by about 300 and in Jan will be downgrading 44 Capts. The only thing that will positively affect the poolies is when SWA start expanding again, and that doesn't appear to be in the near future.
How many poolies does SWA have in purgatory right now? Additionally, is there any historical data to suggest what SWA will do with these folks? Will they have to go back through the hiring process again?

Historically, SWA has taken care of the poolies. That being said, I believe SWA sent a letter a while back saying that after 18 months (which is where they'll all be at), a re-interview was possible.

I heard it wouldn't be a total reinterview (ie the full up scenario and one on ones), but rather an update to see if there had been any major life changes such as violations, downgrades, loss of currency, etc. I'm confident the poolies will be fine in their standing and won't be purged, but I have a feeling it may be a little bit before we see new hires in the training center. I'm hoping for the best though.

Does, SW require the PIC to be recent or in a certain time frame?
I know there guys at legacies, ACMI's, etc that split and went to SW, and hadn't acted as PIC in a while.

I probably should have clarified that with a downgrades due to poor performance, medical, disciplinary action, or basically an expanded explination of why a pilot may no longer be a PIC or a Check Airman. A downgrade due to staffing IMO isn't a red flag.
