Default "Latest and Greatest" about jetBlue

Quick facts:
- JetBlue's application window is open on their web site for another week.
- We have been told that they are hiring 200-250 in the next year.
- They are doing interviews on 8 Dec w/ more to follow later.
- Some October 2010 interviewees started training in Dec 2010, and there will be more classes in Jan 2011 and beyond.
- Current class is a healthy mix of regionals, majors, corporate, and military.
-- 14 got A320 and 10 got E190 (all JFK and BOS)

Good luck!

Any guesstimate on their times? I know there are a lot of guys out there. Just wondering if there's a chance.

Jet Blue has been calling for interviews for a couple of weeks at least. I put my app in the last time the window was open. I received a call on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for an interview invite. I just completed indoc at Delta so I said, "Thank you for the call, but no thank you." Good luck to all those who interview.

You gave up B6 for Delta? Thanks that frees up a seat in class for myself.

Why wouldn't he? What do you think B6 is the greatest place? I think ALOT of people would do the exact samething he did.

Actually, many guys who have been at Jetblue for years have left to start at DAL.

What does it matter? B6 will just be merging with AA soon anyway.

If you don't have something to contribute to the thread, please don't post anything. This is supposed to be informative. Thanks.

I haven't heard anything about this one in a while... did this rumor get squashed or is it just dormant in another thread waiting to be "stimulated" again?
