I used to love weekends, now....
We did the take off from staring at the phone to go play golf today, a nice diversion.
I doubt we'll hear anything next week though. With Airways going to Vegas for OBAP and FAPA, I'd not expect to hear much. Hopefully, there'll be plenty of insight and reporting from Vegas. I priced tickets to fly in, and

I know in the end its just a job and stressing does no good. I also know it likely can be easy for you to say "Chillax" if you are already where we all want to be. But none the less, getting on with the likes of US/AA or United during the beginning of the wave is kind of a big deal to a lot of guys that have no desire to make a regional a career, or who are coming out of the military looking for jobs when only the likes of Republic or Eagle are calling.

Funny story. The Tuesday after WAI I received a call from the 602 area code. With a lot of contained excitement I answered the phone... to speak to an Arizona Diamondbacks rep asking if I wanted to buy season tickets. If he only knew... Living in the Midwest, I declined the offer.

Back in December (not long after my roommate got an interview) I got a call from an unknown number. I answered and it was the recruiter. I was all excited. He just wanted to let me know that my rejection email (the one I never received) was in error and I'm still in consideration. Talk about a tease!

I got 3 calls Friday from a 0000000000 number that either didn't leave a VM or no one was on the other end. On Saturday I got the call again, when I answered their was a person this time so I responded as if they were a telemarketer asking them to please stop calling. Now I'm paranoid it might have been Airways but I have no way of finding out. I've never seen 0000000000 pop up before.
