I put an app in last august that was Under Review and then again in Feb this year when they opened up another window. That one is also "Under Review" but every time I click on the Returning Candidates tab to sign in it says "Your application has timed out, you will have to start over again." After I login all my data is there and it looks complete. I went to the Women in Aviation conference in March and talked with them and they confirmed that my application is good to go. I have just under 2,100 hours TT, but almost 1,700 Multi-Eng Turbine PIC. Obviously, the pilot shortage is a joke and there are a lot of qual'd pilots out there but I thought I might have been called by now. Anyone have any SA on what they are looking for?

Friend just got hired, he had:
  • 7000 hrs
  • 121 captain and typed in turbo-prop and RJ
  • 4 year degree
If you really want to work here, just keep at it, hiring will be on going.

6,500tt, 121 CA, internal recs, 4-yr degree, went to WIA, applied every window since 2010, still waiting...

I've seen guys with much less time and quals than I get called and guys WAY more qualified than I not get called.

I think getting the call is more about randomly have your number pulled by a computer than it is how many hours you have. JM2C

Just logged back in to copy the ref #'s for another round of resume update. Found out my Aug app was missing. It was moved to the Archived section with the "withdrew from consideration" tag.

I never withdrew from any app. Ever. Last time I logged in was to apply to the current window and update the other apps. It was still in the current section then. Log in today....gone.

Same here, my August app says 'withdrew from consideration' and is under the archived tab now. I never clicked the withdraw button though. I had the original view the directions on that req id number as well.

No offense, but 2,100 hours is nothing.

Usually I'd say yes, but his avatar has F-22 under it. 2100 hrs at Mach 2 probably counts for a lot

Oh he's military, I missed that part. Still, it will be tough when competing with civilian pilots with 6,000+ hrs total time and more TPIC time than he has total time (not to discredit military time, I'm just saying).
