Took the cog test 3 weeks ago, have had a chief pilot, check airman and line pilot from VA walk my stuff in, nothing yet. Just have to play the waiting game and hopefully something hits. Is the hiring done after March? Or are they planning more when the new planes comes this summer? Thanks for the insight guys.

I turned my application in last March. I got the questionnaire in April, and then went to the job fair in Vegas. I was told I would get an interview when hiring started again. Interviews have started and I haven't heard a word!
Is this a TBNT situation or do I need to reapply each time they open the hiring window?

Thankfully for the rest of us management and crew planning have realized that adding a DAL base would decimate the quality of trips for the rest of us. We just don't have enough aircraft yet to absorb that much of a transfer of flying.
