I have a few pounds to lose before I go to any interview to avoid being a total slob.
In everyone's opinion how much does having a few extra pounds really matter for an interview? All other things being pretty spotless?

Wanted to return the favor...
Interviewed this week with 7 other folks. 6 of us were successful.
The interview was one of the most professional, yet laid back experiences of my life. There is a ton of gouge out there, so use it. No matter what you study, the Written Exam will be difficult - but the gouge is good. Use a prep company, simply for the fact it puts you at ease and gives you practice. I used Emerald Coast as well as Cage. Emerald Coast was excellent for the WWYD questions, Cage was excellent for the HR portion. I didn't get a single question from any of my prep sessions, but after doing the prep I felt like it didn't matter what they asked as I was prepared to answer anything in the format that worked best for the interview.
The actual interview was like I was sitting with 3 guys at a bar telling war stories. It was very laid back and open, and didn't even feel like I was interviewing. Great guys, and I definitely hope I get to fly with the active CA out in SEA in the future.
Overall, top notch experience. I am very lucky to have my dream job lined up, and I couldn't be happier. Best of luck to everyone to follow.

Lebowski, or anyone else who might know,
Did you know anyone at Delta or did you just get a call out of the blue? Just wondering, if they are calling people with internal rec's or randomly. Hoping to get a call sometime soon! Thanks for the help.
