Got the same today. At least someone is looking.

I got one a couple of weeks ago telling me there was a gap in my work history. I have checked, double checked and triple checked and I have all time accounted for all the way back to my high school and before. I don't know what else they want. I emailed them (of course not expecting a reply) and haven't heard anything. From reading on here and a few other places, once the problem is corrected, it seems like a 50/50 chance of getting the interview. Some people get letters within a week and some are several months in without a word. I'm kind of freaking out because I don't know what they think is wrong or a gap.

Alright I must not be seeing it, but I was told my flight training info is missing or incomplete. Where did people put 141 training? I put my university down as a graduate but I don't see any way to delineate flight training. How about USAF training, anyone find a place to put it?

Thanks

I put everything (military PME, ground school taken at a Junior College, etc.) in the education section. I'm sure you could find a way to list 141 flight school in that section.

I know guys who took language classes or classes to support hobbies (Cabinet making) after retiring from the USAF. When they came up in the DAL interview, the HR member had them pen in the classes to their application (education section) during the interview.

Just a suggestion.

My email said there was an inconsistency between my employment history and aircraft flown. I made what I thought were the corrections they were looking for and sent a reply email (still not sure exactly what they were looking for, though). My perspective is that this starts the interview process, so I put serious thought into my reply to ensure it was professional, courteous, etc.

I put UPT in education, also. Did a one-line flight hours input for "T-37/T-38" (Model) and "Pilot Traing Jets" (Description). Then input my total UPT hours as Student Time.

Is there anywhere to get any more recent feedback on the interview. Most of the stuff I've read is 2007/2010 hiring windows. Have an interview coming up and Delta has been my #1 for a long time. I've got two interview prep programs going too. Just looking at what to focus most of my time on (right now it's hr and aviation test)

I also listed UPT under education along with IFF, B-course, etc...just about all formal USAF courses in addition to undergrad and Masters, ATP course, etc.

As for the hours from UPT, I listed them as separate aircraft (T-37 and T-38) and logged them as DUAL time which I guess is synonymous to student time. I guess there is a few different ways to interpret the hours break down.

Wow, is it really necessary to put every military course under education? I am pretty sure that I just put flight training under job history and wherever it was required and left everything else except bachelors and masters off. Should I put my Trafficking in Persons Awareness training too ? I think it might be a little bit of overload to put every course in there. More isn't always better.

Agreed more isn't always better, it said all professional training. I interpreted that to be any major flying course and professional military education such as ROTC, squadron officer school (residence) and air command staff college (correspondence) in my case. Like you said, all the computer based required DOD training doesn't need to be on there...definitely over kill!

Also true that employment history is some what redundant with many mil flying courses since it's your primary job at the time and part of employment history like you said.

I didn't put aircraft qual/upgrade courses anywhere, either, E6B. I've been to 9 initial qual/IP/requal courses so it seemed redundant to basically repeat my job history. I didn't get flagged for it in the email I received, either.
