Delta Hiring News

He is also now a DGS instructor on the 717 here. And he's still annoying.
Also, I posted this in the L&G thread, but since I'm here:
Schoolhouse rumor is hiring ramping up to 150 per month if we can do it. Don't know for how long.

I am blowing my first post on apc on this, in regards to Kit. He is lower than whale ch!t. The man does not deserve one penny from any pilot alive. There are plenty of good company's out there. He does not care about this profession or the pilots.
He showed up one day on the wrong side of the table. He and his company are dead to me and many others.

I paid Kit Darby for a personal phone consult when I first started doing applications in 2013. His advice helped shape my interview prep (eventually completed emerald coast) and provided a well constructed overview of the industry (airlines and cargo) regarding salaries, lifestyles, overall compensation, work rules, etc. I found him to be very personable and reachable for follow up by phone and email. I eventually paid another small fee to have my resume reviewed by his staff.
I typed up some notes from our phone call and have used them numerous times to aid my job search as well as assist others in making the right decision for their circumstances.
He also helped me understand how to leverage my military background both on paper (application/resume) and in the interview. Something my long-time airline buddies couldn't do very well for a new guy since most were so far removed from the hiring process.
His services/fees were listed on his website and I was a satisfied customer.

Hi all,
Anyone know if LOR's submitted by DL pilots to airlineapp's via the website's email request hold the same value or trigger the same guaranteed app review as this supposed new link on DLnet for employees to recommend perspective hires?

Follow the guidance on DeltaNet. That's per OC Miller.

I didn't think the rec's from airline apps got looked at until your interview. I had 3 of my rec's (1 CA, 2 FO's) submit the email rec through Delta.net and got an interview within a month. Maybe just a coincidence. Anyone else know?
