Only 7 had interviews today? That seems low.

I made the corrections with the help of a recent Delta Hire. Fingers and toes crossed.

Cheers
FYI, after I made my corrections back in November '14, I never heard anything again until they contacted me for an interview in March '15. Never got word correction were received or that they were acceptable. Good Luck!!

I'm hoping for late September, expecting October, and prepared for November
FYI, I'm a 30 April CJO. I'll be ecstatic if I class up in October. Got an email fro AK today projecting more delays due to Down sims and commitments to "Flow agreements". I was expecting Oct BEFORE word on down sims. Be prepared for a 6 month pool, then you can be pleasantly surprised if it's shorter. Need short term work? PM me for an invite to Uber/Lyft. Good luck!!

Well, the pool is getting pretty deep at this point.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good company for job fair prep? I am going to do my best to shake some hands, and would like to be as polished as possible for when the time comes. Thanks!

I don't think anybody does job fair prep; however, the information you get from interview prep would likely be more than enough for a job fair.

That said, I am very against job fairs. There is nothing but anecdotal evidence on both sides of the fence to prove or disprove they have any influence in getting hired: Jonny over here went to a job fair and got hired by airline X, it MUST have been the job fair. Tommy went to 3 job fairs, none of those airlines called but instead got hired by airline Y that wasn't even present. Job fairs are crap.

I went to 3. From my perspective it appeared that the organizer was making money hand over fist. The airlines making billions in profits got a free pre-interview, and the guys with the least money were the ones footing the bill. It just felt wrong to me.

^^This^^ Just doesn't pass the sniff test. On the other hand, if I've been waiting to hear the phone ring for years, I'd be forking over the cash. The entire hiring process is a syphon on the wallet (ie. airline apps fees, FCC radio license, First Class medical, interview prep, sim time, etc). It's only money, I guess.

Hey! I would recommend Centerline Interview Prep for any/all of your preparation needs. I just completed the Delta interview on 7/30 and received the conditional job offer. The assistance I received (especially for the panel interview) was invaluable, not sure how I would have done without it. Good luck.
