We are taking ~1 plane/month from now until 2021. Just from guys keeping track on BP, the unofficial attrition rate is about 1-2/week. Roughly 112 airbus 321s and neos. All 190 deliveries are put off until 2020, but I don't expect any more.

That requires 200-400ish new hires per year from now until 2021-2022.

....Who cares who's hiring you... As long as they put a check in the hire this guy box. It doesn't matter where you're interviewing, go to the interview and play their game.

And, as the earlier post pointed out, almost anyone can tell right away that mgt. is not being honest with you. It's obvious to even untrained observers.

That's a great ask, let's add some color to our transparency. On a go forward basis that's something we'd like to look into. Thanks for the pushback, and it's always good to hear from you.

Default jetBlue Hiring

I noticed from the earnings reports that jet blue had fuel costs of $3.07 per gallon compared to delta at $2.93 due to some hedges used to stabilize cost. Sounds like employee costs are getting out of line and we can't afford a wage increase to maintain our cost advantage over competitors.

I think that was for fuel costs.

They can afford a wage increase.

Looks like they will start charging for things soon.

But we keep growing so that's good.

Delta owns a refinery. Maybe that is helping them lower their fuel cost more than regular hedges other airlines use.

I guess we should take a 13% pay cut then... Maybe 20%?

Maybe we should just work for free and get a stipend from the government?
