Hey guys, thanks for posting all this great information. I'm new to posting on the forums, but been lurking for years.
I have an interview with JB in a few weeks and I've pieced together a gouge the best I could, but I'm worried that a lot of it is outdated. I know that all the TMAAT questions are generally the same, but is there an updated/official gouge anywhere?
Thanks!

Read back through this thread about 20 pages - there are a few trip reports - one especially detailed from AFPirate. Have a couple stories ready for each Core Value and for Customer Service, CRM, Conflict, and Leadership and you'll be good to go. More than anything else - smile, be excited to be there, and relax. I highly recommend Emerald Coast - they got me very well prepared.
Good luck!

The interview questions are always changed. My view is to study how to answer the questions (SAR format) and to answer the underlying ideas that they are trying to find. Example, there are several TMAAT questions that deal with you leadership abilities. Instead of trying to answer all the questions you can find, have some stories which can answer any of the questions they are likely to ask.
Hope this helps.

What Seekingblue said. I would recommend looking at their core values and the topics already mentioned here. Don't try to build a generic answer. Instead, I would recommend building your responses to those topics based on your experiences. If no experience in a particular area, then think about how you would handle a situation where two FAs we're arguing (just an example) and be ready to respond with "I haven't had to deal with that situation, but here is how I would handle it".
Bottom line: they want to know who you are and if you will fit in at JetBlue. Canned and impersonal responses will only hurt you. At least that was my feeling during the interview. Good luck!

No changes to the interview process from the recent reports. I think 40 people or so interviewed today. For my timeframe, there were a handful of military but most were 121.
Some hiring news from the CP- 400 hired this year and another 400 planned for next year. Those who get hired should expect January to February class dates. They said the nh pool was almost drained.
Now for the wait ....

Can't imagine this to be true .... Otherwise JetBlue will be loosing good candidates and a worse rate than they already are during the interview phase .....

Still waiting. With the pool almost drained, I don't think it will be too much longer......
