Good luck
How's the training leading up to the sims? Do you really feel prepared after only 4 sims?

Depends on how much you study. Honestly, I felt I was prepared for the sim because you do the same thing over and over again. It's a big boy program so just study with your SIM partner and you will be fine. They aren't trying to trick you. It's all laid out in the packet they give you with the profiles. PM me if you have any other questions.

Can you please explain what "limited" means in this case? Do they decide randomly who receives an interview?

Ask the pilot reps at the job fair if they are getting paid for spending their off time at a job fair.

They did this 2 years ago at one of the job fairs. The common trait of those getting the onsite interview was Training Department experience. They had guys taking the Cognitive Test there and staying an extra day for the panel interview.

The list of pilots should be made public.
I thought SM and the P2P group stated this wasn't approved by the union!

It isnt something they are endorsing but something they cant force people to not do.

Especially when one of the volunteers is a current ALPA MEC committee chair member for us.
