What is everyone's requirements for min days off and average line values for this next contract? I'm thinking min 13 off line holder, 13 off reserve with no lines built over 85 hours (if we go to line-bidding). At least 50% if not 100% for pickup on days off.

I think reserve should get at least a 5 hour bump in guarantee. That helps those stuck on reserve and may entice more senior line holders that live in base to take a reserve line who may not want to fly much.

If g4 management had thrown those types of numbers at us three years ago, and (no) current work rules. There probably wouldn’t be a union on the property. They could have had us cheap.

Interview Help
Can anyone provide updated gouge or any helpful information for Allegiant? I have a phone interview on Tuesday. I dropped my app...they called within 30 seconds...holy cow. Thanks in advance.

“So OldHrntDrvr, we may be having a strike very soon, will you cross the picket line, and jump on the winning team?” Just lie and say yes. Phone interview passed.
Phone interview scenario two:
“So OldHrntDrvr, we just had a pilot strike authorization vote in which over 98 percent of the pilots voted for a strike [interviewer says “pilots” with a snarl in his/her voice], how would you have cast your vote?” Dude, again lie and say "screw those idiot 98 percent pilots" [mimic the same snarl when you say “pilots”]. Phone interview passed again.
