Hey Frontier guys…I realize there are over 200 posts to this thread however I respectfully ask for some updated information to a few questions that I'm sure I'm not the only one seeking. Things have evolved and your airline has grown significantly and this thread may be a bit outdated with information.
When will you have an opportunity to ratify or change your current contract?
-Currently, as a bus operator, F9 is well below the compensation package of other similar carriers.
Is the upgrade time still 7/8 years?
Do you have much overtime or should one solely count on 75 hours?
Whats your take on the direction of the airline with Indigo? Continued growth or different direction?
I sure do appreciate any responses. I've been seeking opportunity with Frontier and really like the product so the information received here is valuable to me. Looking forward to the job fair in ORD.

Aero Crew Solutions has created a FREE pilot hiring magazine called Aero Crew News. Frontier Airlines was our spotlight airline for the month of March. We conducted an in-depth interview with the Denver Chief Pilot. To read the magazine article visit: www.aerocrewnews.com/ You can also subscribe to the magazine if you wish.

Contract is up for amendment in 2017. Upgrades are going at around 5 years now, however many very senior FOs are holding out so an accurate estimate isn't possible at this point. On reserve here, you are not allowed to pick up OT. Which is really my only complaint about working here (besides the low pay rates). I moved in base and would be happy to pick up OT on rsv-I don't fly that much and the extra pay would be very helpful-however it's not allowed. The direction here is very positive. I'm a very realistic and rational person and I have to say that everyone I've worked with here (training, line pilots, rsv pilots, check airmen, etc) are generally very positive and it's a very pleasant work environment. We're hiring a lot, there's many aircraft on order, and it's a great time to start working here-especially if you're leaving a regional.
