Frontier Hiring.

I'd keep trying. Go to a job fair and talk with them. I'm not sure about interviewing twice but they have told people "no" at the interview only to turn around and ask them to come to class a couple of months later.

I don't think you are wasting your time, it shows that you are serious about the company. I would continue to educate myself on what it takes to get hired (not quals) and use an interview prep service like Clark Consulting, and definitely attend the Job fairs until you get hired. (I know all this cost a lot of money but this is your career).
Sometimes the system weeds out good people so put yourself back in the mix and make yourself stand out more every time by being better prepared.
In our group there were guys who were a lot more qualified than myself who did not get hired and they truly wanted the job.... The advice other Frontier pilots gave them...... Re apply.
Good luck.

Thought I'd drop in an update from interviews this week. 15 Interviewed on Wednesday, eight hired. I was fortunate to be one of the eight and couldn't be more excited! Mix of mil and civilian. Most chose the July class, but they were offering August as well. Not sure how the numbers broke out yesterday. All previous info/gouge still applies for how the process goes down. Great group of folks and a low-key process.

Just tell the recruiters how enamored you are with a business model that's dead last in both on-time departures and customer satisfaction. Then for good measure let them know you love redeyes and flying 18 days a month just to break guarantee. You'll be in class next week!
