Perhaps it benefits the hiring needs of Great Lakes and Silver the most. I don't see it helping staff frontier very much at all, other than it might keep Lakes and Silver in businesses a bit longer?

Is it just me or does F9 seem like not the place to be at anymore. Management imposing a 2 year contract, saying we are second tier pilots, and to expect 4 years of negotiations. Ignoring LOA67, while paying pilots crapy wages. In short, it seems the only message to send is for all of the FOs and Jr Capt to try and get a job at a legacy.
