Current 12 year CA on A320: $209

$246.62 (+18%)
$254.02 (+3%)
$261.64 (+3%)
$272.10 (+4%)

Current 12 year FO on A320: $143

$168.74 (+18%)
$173.80 (+3%)
$179.02 (+3%)
$186.18 (+4%)

All the hourly pay adjustments are BEFORE profit sharing payments to the pilot group; which makes the numbers that much more staggering.

Did you mean "...never makes it to the pilots...."? Never say never

Maybe we need to rescind our current proposal. Compared to SWA and DL, our offer is already, clearly, one cycle behind. It would be uttterly retarded to negotiate and accept even one thing less than what's on the table from our NC.

Agreed. Now that I see these other airlines getting better and better contracts, I would vote NO on the current proposal. And that's before any "negotiations" lower those numbers. $240 was my bottom number. That number continues to climb.

Doesn't really matter what our ask is. We're not going to get one extra cent until we get released. By then Delta will be negotiating their next contract.

You will have to wait for the TA to be published (assuming the MEC elects to send it the the pilot group for a vote).

Unless there are a bunch of Easter eggs hiding in the TA, I assume the Delta pilots will ratify this offer. With their hourly rates plus profit sharing, after over a decade of crap pay, U.S. pilots will finally be approaching pre-9/11 rates (yes that doesn't include inflation). $300,000 in 2001 is equivalent to $413,000 in today's dollars. U.S. pilots still have some room to go up.

$240 is your bottom number and our proposal is $245, so what am I missing?
You would vote no to $245/hr, 16%DC contribution, 5:15 Min day, 1-3:5 trig rig, 200% JA/VJA pay, 100% DH, $2.30/hr per diem, night and intl override, elimination of the working spouse and additional child surcharge, broadening and strengthening of Section 1. In all fairness, there has not been a ton of info about scheduling, vacation or sick time, but, no vote?? YGTBSM.
