I think theres a UAL class starting this week but its mostly recalls? Dal has a 17 Mar class that my buddy is in, and hes been in the pool since October. Other than that it might be crickets for just a little while with UAL and DAL, AA should be moving along fairly steady though

That is great but how many can they actually train per month.....UAL and AA are finding out hiring per month and training per month are not working out so good.

How long do UAL furloughs have bypass rights til? Are there still any 2000-2001 furloughs out on bypass that can still come back?

I know of at least a few new hires in today's UAL class, interviewed in early October.

Username "jsled" posted in the "UAL poolies" thread. Seemed a little bit complex, but I think the straight answer is 10 years.

This is true, but half are flow throughs, and the new hire pool is fairly big right now. My buddy who interviewed and got the CJO in January, was told to expect a class date in Sept or Oct. So its looking like anywhere from 20 to 30 off the street per mo at DAL.

Increased hiring will mean way less than half are flow throughs. Mesaba is 9 a month and will be over permanently fairly soon. Compass is limited to 20 a month as well as 25% of their list a year, so half of the hiring classes per year won't have them as flows either. Plenty of OTS in 2014 and beyond as long as the hiring numbers keep up.

Compass flow expected to run til August or so? So 29 flows a month, means 21 OTS until sept, then 41 OTS til december, then compassflow resumes, and were back to 21 OTS. Street hiring wont be full swing until the compass flow ends for good
