Interviewed everywhere-
It's still very competitive at the majors-
10,000 civilian hours mainly- 121, LCA, MEII, multiple volunteer positions, 737 typed, no failures, ect, ect, ect.....................
job fairs and networked- Landed at United.

Delta seems to be big on showing that you have been a hard worker your entire life. My understanding is they want every second between high school and the present documented in the work, education, and unemployment section. I got a fix-it email and went back and accounted for 2 month breaks in college where I didn't have a summer job.
