DAL Poolie Info
Starting this for us in the DL to info-share:
According to Pilot Selection recently, off-the-streeters are in a first come first in/first out pool. Depending on how many NWA furloughees actually come back between now and Jan, the Jan openings will be a fluid number.
1st 20 + 9 slots/mo go to contractual flows from subsidiaries. Approximately 7 more will be Endeavor hires. The remaining 14 slots will be off-the-street spots.
Once the annual limits are reached on the contractual flows, then off-the-streeters hires get larger. Limits expected to hit sometime this Spring.
Now let's see how long we can keep this thread on target!

We all know that this could change but the consensus is that of the above.
Good Luck. Hopefully the pools will be dry.

Just a guess, indoc plus training should run about 5-6 weeks, then 2 OEs will take another 2-3 weeks.
