Spirit new hire info

We are fat on pilots, but every day is a "red day" for coverage. Yep, to management that sounds about right.

First year and training pay for new hires needs a big fix in the next contract. I've actually run into a few guys that believe if you aren't on you're 5th or 6th airline like them then you haven't paid enough dues and first year here is just part of that. There won't always be a three year upgrade and if this airline is serious about attracting talent about 3-5 years from now they are going to have to pay for it.

I trust that those who willingly accepted such abysmal pay shall not wager any complaints on this forum against Spirit
