I think that order was announced at the same time the A350 order was put out. In any case the CEO has public ally stated the order might come back.

They've made empty threats to that effect even before that order. They are desperately pulling out all the stops in an attempt to transfer our aviation industry to them by bribing us with our own money. They even lend it back to us with intrest to provide their free regional defense. Brilliant.

Agreed.

But I still haven't seen anything in regular ho hum coach that beats the E-Jets... the 88 (not 90 or 717) on the two seat side is about as nice as it comes at mainline.

After that any seat on the Airbus... until we change it or something.

my most painful seats to date were certain emergency exit row seats on the 757 and 717.

Negatory... it was announced a couple days after the 350 order was cancelled.
