Also, why do no US carriers consider the A340?

That's my bet. No 787s, Airbi out the ass, and some more 737-900s. Its easy money.

Bring back the L-1011 and modify some StarLizards. I'll run the training program!!

Too many engines.

The 787 was ordered years ago because NWA wanted the service contract, I even worked on that program. When we went bankrupt, Boeing balked, which is funny because the 787 went to ****.

You can get to just about anywhere in Asia from SEA with an A330 NEO, at 1/3 the price of a 777-300. You can also get from JFK to all of Europe and from ATL to Africa and South America.

My guess, 50 A330 NEO's. But that's just a guess.
51 A330NEOs.

Terrible fuel burn and expensive to maintain. Actually almost no one wanted them after the very small window passed where shorter ETOPS times combined with range issues on twins passed.

List price on the NEO is predicted to be 275 million. They will not be discounted like the current airframe. They might come in 20% below a 777 but won't be anything like ⅓ the cost.

Well the 773 is a hot seller right with min discounts? So if the 275M gets a 40% discount couldn't the 330NEO be 50% off?
