You have got to be kidding. I have been 7ER reserve for a couple years and I have yet to fly with an A-hole Capt. Every Capt I have flown with has been very cool and easy to work with. Perhaps you need to look yourself in the mirror if you ave having so many issues with Captains.

Where are you based, cni? ATL guys were almost always good to work with. And the best part about the toolbags was the base is so big you'd likely never fly with them again.

If every CA makes you miserable they're probably not the problem.

Just give it right back (especially if you're off of probation).

I assume an airline can fire you because you suck. One way to know if you suck is you're on everyone's no fly list and you crashed on landing. That would surely mean you suck.

So I assume the lawsuit is stupid but what does she have to lose, she went from $250K to $0 with probably 0 hope of finding a job. I guess it will take a long time to play out, does the NTSB just wait or can they publish their findings at some point?

And what happened with the 737 involved in the horrible landing? The pictures from the E&E bay didn't look good.

The gist of the story btw, just to see if I have it right, is she was pretty awful. She took the airplane from the FO and on landing collapsed the nosewheel. JS was from American and he was watching the whole thing unfold and was injured in the process?

Is that right?

From what I have heard(which could be completely inaccurate) is that the plane was scrapped.

So, the FO is the one that had the approach all d!cked up and then the CA took over and continued to further d!ck up the approach...correct?

Hard to say how bad it was before she took the controls since the NTSB hasn't released anything, but one version I heard was that the captain upon taking the controls said to the former, but recent AirTran pilot, "Let me show you how we do it at southwest."
