Sorry, I have NO inside information on whether or not what you're saying is the case. So I'm just saying, "I don't know". But did said CA ever have a fail/unsat on a training event/line check, or whatever else?

If it's as you say, they knew they had a pilot with issues but did nothing about it, I can understand and agree with your point.

And although this instance varies slightly from the FedEx case a while ago, IF there is a formal documented history of problems, she may be S.O.L.
