That's easy.
Tell them you plan on retiring before age 65. Then don't
Ask if they want to go out for dinner. Then don't pick up the bill.
Tell them you're standard. Then get upset when they don't figure out that you wanted something nonstandard.
Tell stories of how fast you upgraded to a senior FO.
Tell the FO "well I got paid $20/hr to start too" but fail to understand basic inflation

Tell the FO that it's not a good career move to make a better landing than the captain.
Then after the prang, remind him/her the purpose of the runway is not for a CFIT maneuver.
