You are unable to see "who" is listed, only the number of employees listed as non-revs. If you are in the situation of trying to give away the last leg, the easiest solution is to ask the ops agent if there are any SWA jumpseaters traveling on the outbound flight. If there is an available pilot, I simply ask if they would like to fly the leg for pay. If they are game a call to scheduling with a request for a "jetway trade" takes place. Schedulers check the legalities and process the trade if both parties verbally agree.
SWA uses Crew Web Access.
I do commute and am occasionally able to drop the last leg or, even better, get paid for my commute.

It's nice that you can make a "jetway trade". At WestJet, we can not make a trade unless crew scheduling has 2 hours notice. On that note, if we don't figure it out ahead of time, we are out of luck. If the tables were turned and they needed someone, they could make it happen in minutes.
