I respectfully suggest the search function on this site....but here's the quick and dirty. Civilian at least 5000 hours. Mil, 3000 (depending on the background). These are "competitive"

All part 91 corporate. I had a contact who happened to fly with a higher up in the Boston base the day after I asked him for a recommendation.. YMMV

I thought blue darts were a guaranteed interview once you met the posted minimums, I was not aware it too was ranked competitively.

No, it is a guaranteed interview as long as they meet the requirements. Sometimes they can't fit them in immediately for the next interview date, but they will get them interviewed ASAP.

I'm assuming the 6,000-6,500TT is just temporary for the time being? Thoughts?

I've applied the last 4 years with nearly 10k and over 6k PIC. Nothing.

It's all over the place. I've got FO's getting called with bare mins but they live in base and time in the 170/190. Seems random.
