I do not support focused negotiations. It is silly. We need to fix many areas and now is the time.

There is a lot going on now. I wouldn't get wrapped around an axle about what the MEC 'intended' on day one of their new mission. Things can change on a moments notice.

Policy manual - bring the alleged violators up on charges
If you don't get it done before negotiations begin in earnest you will always be off balance and the pilots will have divided loyalties.
Sounds like the perfect start for mgmt

I don't think we will ever be 'off-balance'. Just delayed a little bit which is well worth it. The company will be off balance as they have already engineered their game plane with Matias and Amongero.

I say pull 'em.

Agreed on the off balance part. Yuri and Bendo must have had an "under the table" deal already done with Amongero and Hopkins. Removing them protects us from whatever concessions they gave a handshake on. It is just too bad that they stayed in office long enough to fool 70% into voting for a concessionary DL LOA.

At brand X, the DL software wouldn't allow you to just click through, every third or fourth slide had a question that must be correctly answered. Trust me on this, it took 9 hours to complete an 8 hour section. Thanks for stealing a day off Chris and Paul.
